How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bites
Frozen yogurt bites are a healthy, refreshing snack that’s easy to make at home. Here’s a simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of your favorite yogurt (Greek yogurt works well)
- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits (e.g., berries, diced mango, or peaches)
- Optional: honey or agave syrup for added sweetness
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If desired, mix a small amount of honey into the yogurt for extra sweetness.
- Spoon small dollops of yogurt onto the parchment paper, making them about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Press pieces of fruit into each yogurt dollop.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to a freezer-safe container or bag.
These frozen yogurt bites can be enjoyed straight from the freezer as a cool, healthy treat. They’re perfect for hot summer days or as an after-school snack for kids. Experiment with different yogurt flavors and fruit combinations to find your favorite!
